Electro-Mechanical Technician/Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician / Electrician with 2+ years of experience in building maintenance and FM services.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical faults.
• Maintain lighting, DBs, MCCs, control panels, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Attend maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Carry out PPM and complete assigned work orders.
• Follow electrical safety, HSE, and company procedures.
• Maintain proper records and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the MEP Supervisor/Facility Manager.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical field.
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance/FM experience.
• Good electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Experience:

• building maintenance/FM services: 2 years (Preferred)
• electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• QID (Preferred)
