We are hiring:

Position: Electrician, Plumber, Gypsum Carpenter, Wooden Finishing Carpenter+ Carpenter, Multi-Skilled mason+Mason \& Certified Welder.

Type: Full-TimeWorking

Hours: As per company schedule

Salary : Depend of the position.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced employee to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute assigned duties in accordance with approved procedures, drawings, work orders and supervisor instructions.

-Carry out preventive, corrective and reactive work within competence and authorization.

-Inspect completed work and ensure quality, functionality and safe return to service.

-Report recurring defects, material shortages, unsafe conditions and work outside assigned scope.

HSE, Quality \& Compliance:

-Comply with company HSE policies, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work requirements and client/site rules.

-Use required PPE and ensured tools, equipment and work areas are safe before work starts.

-Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, defects and environmental concerns promptly.

-Maintain housekeeping and protect client property, equipment and occupied areas.

Qualifications \& Experience

Relevant technical/trade qualification or equivalent practical experience, with experience appropriate to the role and assigned facility systems.

Core Competencies

Technical competence, troubleshooting, teamwork, discipline, communication, quality awareness and safety consciousness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

SLA achievement, PPM completion, response time, work-order closure, repeat failures, HSE compliance, client feedback and reporting accuracy.
