Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across West London (with occasional work around outer London) This is a permanent opportunity offering a company van, fuel card, bonus scheme and pay increase after 3 months

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, including:

• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Electrical testing and remedial works
• EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
• Void property works
• Consumer unit and electrical upgrades
• Full and partial rewires
• Boiler wire-ups
• Electrical maintenance
• Emergency repairs

Requirements

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• AM2 Qualification
• ECS Gold Card
• 2391 Inspection \& Testing Qualification (desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous social housing experience
