Job Description:
UpgradeMade is looking for experienced Electricians to join our technical team. Successful candidates will perform electrical installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting work for residential and commercial projects across Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations for residential and commercial projects.
- Install conduits, pull cables, and complete electrical wiring.
- Install switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and control devices.
- Install and terminate electrical distribution boards (DBs).
- Connect circuit breakers and label electrical circuits and cables.
- Complete indoor and outdoor lighting installations.
- Test electrical circuits and identify and repair faults.
- Use multimeters and other electrical testing equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams.
- Complete all work according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Comply with Kahramaa requirements and site safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of electrical work experience in Qatar is mandatory.
- Good experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Practical experience in conduits, wiring, cable pulling, distribution boards, lighting, and power systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Kahramaa requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must currently be available in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar ID and eligibility to change employer according to applicable regulations.
- A valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Electrical work in Qatar: Minimum two years — mandatory.
- Electrical wiring and installation: Minimum two years.
- Reading electrical drawings: Preferred.
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
