Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Routine Inspections: Inspect wiring, light fixtures, distribution panels, and circuit breakers regularly to find hazards or wear.
Tenant \& Facility Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical failures in units or common areas using testing tools like multimeters and voltmeters.
Repairs \& Replacements: Fix or replace faulty switches, outlets, wiring, and light ballasts promptly.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled servicing plans to extend asset life and reduce emergency power outages.
Code Compliance: Ensure all on-site repairs align with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Documentation: Log completed work orders, parts used, and inspection results in the property management system

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
