Electrical Site Engineer

• Site Supervision \& Execution: Supervise day-to-day site installation of all electrical and ELV systems, ensuring works comply fully with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local standards.
• Critical Power Infrastructure: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical path electrical assets including MV/LV switchgear, Transformers, High-power UPS systems, Generator sets, Busway systems, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), and DC Power Plant systems.
• ELV \& Control Systems: Coordinate and inspect the deployment of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Fire Alarm/Pre-action systems, Structure Cabling, and security/access control infrastructure.
• Technical Review \& Coordination: Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Perform multi-disciplinary site coordination to avoid spatial clashes with HVAC, piping, and structural assets.
• Quality \& Progress Tracking: Raise and clear Inspections (IRs) with the Consultant team. Monitor progress schedules, identify site bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to stay aligned with strict milestones.
• Testing \& Commissioning (T\&C): Directly support the Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and commissioning phases (Levels 1 to 5) to ensure Tier-standard redundancy requirements are met.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to Kahramaa regulations, Civil Defence codes, and Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
