ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT DESIGN ENGINEER (LEV & HVAC)

We are looking for an Electrical \& Instrumentation Design Engineer (HVAC \& LEV) who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of design work from concept through installation and commissioning.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with engineering details, coordinating with different teams, and taking responsibility for delivering accurate and practical design solutions.

What We're Looking For:
Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Electrical \& Instrumentation design, preferably within industrial projects.
• Experience in LEV, HVAC, ventilation systems, or related industrial engineering systems will be highly advantageous.

Technical Capability

• Familiar with electrical and instrumentation design principles and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with relevant design and engineering software/tools.
• Able to interpret and develop engineering drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documents.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, motor control, instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare Electrical \& Instrumentation drawings (SLD, wiring diagrams, control schematics, P\&IDs).
• Develop electrical systems for LEV \& HVAC equipment, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation.
• Prepare specifications, datasheets, BOQ, and calculation reports for electrical equipment and control systems.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and process teams for integrated project design.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEE, MS, and relevant industry standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and system improvements for ongoing projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
