Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a technically sharp Electrical Engineer with proven cost estimation experience to join our projects team. You will own the full estimating cycle — from BOQ takeoffs to final submission — across our lighting, low-voltage, smart systems, and facade projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for electrical, lighting, and low-voltage systems projects
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate, competitive bids
• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors; validate against project scope
• Coordinate with the sales and project teams to align estimates with client requirements
• Track awarded project budgets and flag cost variances during execution
• Support the preparation of government and private sector tender submissions
• Maintain a live database of material and labor unit rates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation within Kuwait or the GCC
• Hands-on experience with MEP or ELV/low-voltage systems is a strong advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD (for quantity takeoffs), Excel, and estimation software
• Solid understanding of Kuwait tender regulations and market pricing
• Arabic and English proficiency required

Pay: Up to KD550.000 per month
