We are seeking an Electrical Build Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in the Athlone area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly, wiring, electrical, maintenance, or production experience who enjoys working in a quality-focused environment.
Working as part of the production team, you will assist in the build and assembly of electrical distribution systems and integrated skid solutions used across a range of industrial applications. Full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following detailed build documentation.
- Install and wire electrical devices and internal components within integrated skid systems.
- Assist with the installation of ACBs, MCBs, MCCBs, RCBOs, and associated electrical equipment.
- Mount components, fit hardware, and support enclosure assembly activities.
- Complete quality inspections and QA/QC checklists throughout the build process.
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing, production, maintenance, or a similar hands-on technical environment.
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow drawings, instructions, and assembly documentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong focus on quality and safe working practices.
- Reliable and dependable approach to work.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, or electrical assembly equipment would be beneficial.
