The Opportunity: Are you a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year electrical apprentice ready to escape repetitive residential fit-outs or unpredictable work hours? We work on variety of large and complex projects. If you want to build a reputation on complex sites, this could be your next step.
Where You Will Develop Your Skills: You will gain direct, hands-on exposure to:
- Large-scale commercial construction and infrastructure builds.
- Industrial plant installations, switchboards, and heavy mains.
- Specialist environments including data networks, security integrations, marine, food processing and HVAC systems.
What We Require From You: This role is built on autonomy and mutual respect. We do not micro-manage, which means we require established maturity on site:
- Experience: Minimum 2nd-year apprentice status with solid commercial or industrial site exposure.
- Credentials: Valid EWRB Trainee Limited Certificate and a current apprenticeship
- Site Execution: Ability to read drawings, follow precise instructions, and execute tasks with a "Right First Time" mindset.
- Logistics: Reliability to meet early site starts. Ability to travel for out-of-town projects (where accommodation and logistics are organised for you).
