Oversee day-to-day operations of the care centre
Manage, supervise and coordinate care staff
Ensure quality of care standards and regulatory compliance
Liaise with residents' families and external healthcare providers
Handle centre administration and resource management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a nursing home or elderly care centre
Clinical background (registered nurse, medical officer, or allied health professional preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passionate about elderly care and resident well-being
