Job Description \& Responsibilities:
- Exercise strong electrical, electronics and software intuition to apply fundamentals in practice.
- Architect and develop cutting-edge electronic and electrical systems for AMR/AGV according to the specifications and budget.
- Produce AMR/AGV wiring diagram, responsible for component selection and software integration.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams including PCB development team, Mechanical design team, Production and Quality Assurance team.
- Document design requirements, calculations and validation results.
- Increase efficiency, and reduce waste wherever and whenever possible.
- Develop specifications and accelerated test plans to validate the product.
- Work with the engineering team to assemble prototype products and robots.
- Take full responsibility for the robots and machines.
- Utilize schematics and wiring diagrams to build the electrical control systems.
- Develop power-up and test processes with the engineering team utilizing schematics and software tools.
- Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to the engineering team to improve the manufacturability, maintainability and reliability of designed products.
- Follow all site safety processes and procedures.
- To assist in conducting re-engineering of Mechanical or Electrical installation designs.
- To assist in project scheduling, execution, documentation and tracking of all ongoing projects until completion.
Job \& Skill Requirements:
- Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Technology or equivalent.
- Having at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill (s): IT skills, Microsoft Office, Programming skills ( C++, Python, and ROS), Communication protocols (CAN, RS485), Embedded skills (Microcontroller, Analog and digital circuits).
- Strong analytical \& problem-solving skills.
- Strong software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis and test design.
- Enjoy learning new things and am willing to accept new challenges.
- Experience with Robotics programming environments and systems.
- PW2/PW4/CIDB certification is preferred.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
