Educational Leader
Sparrow Early Learning Drouin
Part-time Role (Monday to Friday)
…. Because meaningful learning starts with intentional daily practice.
We're looking for an inspiring Educational Leader who brings heart, vision, and deep knowledge of early learning frameworks. You'll guide your team with curiosity, creativity, and care - shaping rich, play-based, child-led programs and championing quality practice every day. If you love mentoring others, sparking ideas, and turning great pedagogy into everyday magic, we want to hear from you!
This is not a non-contact role. It’s a hands-on Educational Leader position built on relationships, professional trust, and visible presence within services.
Success in this role is seen in educators who feel confident, supported, and inspired. Where pedagogy is strengthened through coaching and reflection, learning environments evolve with intention, early support is thoughtful and timely, and strong partnerships with families and communities enrich children’s learning. Consistent, high-quality practice across services is nurtured through guidance, trust, and shared purpose.
You’ll be supported through regular check-ins and ongoing guidance from our Education \& Practice team. We offer hands-on mentoring, reflective conversations, and practical support to help you grow with confidence in your role.
