About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Education Advisors to join our team in Abuja and Lagos. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, student engagement, and international opportunities.

The successful candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through educational pathways, from initial interest to successful enrollment, while actively driving student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and provide guidance on international higher education opportunities.
• Support students through the decision-making process, application, and onboarding stages.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to generate leads.
• Organize and participate in recruitment activities, including virtual or in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, customer engagement, or student recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with prospective students.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases effectively.
