Job Description

Job Overview:

As our eCommerce \& Marketing Associate, you will be the engine behind our online brand presence. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms while executing the digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention. This is a 360-degree role requiring a unique mix of operational discipline, analytical tracking, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities:

eCommerce Operations

  • Manage storefronts (Shopify), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate the order fulfillment cycle with logistics and warehouse partners to ensure fast shipping.
  • Optimize the storefront user journey to improve conversion rates and remove checkout friction.
  • Monitor and resolve customer inquiries, returns, and delivery escalations.

Digital Marketing

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Manage the organic social media calendar and schedule content.
  • Build and deploy automated email marketing flows (Klaviyo) for abandoned carts, welcomes, and newsletters.
  • Track key performance metrics (traffic, ROAS, CPA, and revenue) using Google Analytics (GA4).

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience \& Tools

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience running a D2C e-commerce brand or working at a digital agency.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Zoho Commerce) and email tools (Zoho Marketing and Zoho Campaigns).
  • Direct experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) to pull traffic and user behavior data.

Skills \& Traits

  • Strong copywriter for product pages, ad creatives, and promotional emails.
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut).
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing both operational logistics and creative briefs.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on hitting acquisition and retention targets.
