- Curriculum Development: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, play-based lessons (e.g., storytelling, music, counting games, arts) tailored to children's different learning styles.
- Child Safety \& Pastoral Care: Maintain a secure and stimulating environment. Adhere to strict safeguarding and child protection policies to monitor and protect the welfare of every child.
- Assessment \& Reporting: Conduct formative assessments of a child's development and maintain detailed records to report progress to school management and guardians.
- Classroom Management: Establish daily routines, enforce positive behavioral guidelines, and supervise both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Parent Communication: Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and care needs.
- Support Staff Supervision: Coordinate and guide the daily tasks of teaching assistants, nannies, or support staff in the classroom.
Qualifications: Recognized certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a relevant pedagogical field (e.g., Montessori or EYFS framework certifications).
Key Skills: High levels of patience, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of child psychology and growth patterns.
