E-Commerce Manager (Korean Global cosmetic Brand)

As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as product management, promotions, and operations across e-commerce channels. This role involves maintaining the brand image while optimizing business operations to drive online channel sales growth, channel expansion, and improved customer experience.

[Key Responsibilities]

01. Manage and operate e-commerce channel sales:

• Establish and execute key promotion strategies for online channels

• Sales analysis and planning (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)

• Online channel operations management (product listing, thumbnail/detail page/campaign page management)

• Online order management, shipping management, and inventory management

02. Data Management:

• Improvement and implementation of insights based on sales results, platform performance, and campaign analysis

• Identifying and executing channel promotion opportunities by campaign

03. Communication:

• Smooth collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, as well as with external teams and partners.

[Key Requirements]

• 3-8 years of experience in online channel operations, driving sales and growth

• Experience using E-commerce Platform ”Shopify”, well-knowledge and ability to use is must

• Experience in directly managing the entire process from online order collection to shipment and sales management

• Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing online promotions

• Someone with a proactive mindset who can handle challenging situations with flexibility

• Proficient in internal and external communication, with a proactive and self-driven personality

[Other Requirements]

• University graduate or above

• Native Japanese / Business level communication skills in English or Korean preferred

• Experience in retail or online business in the cosmetics or fashion industry is welcome

• Experience in Financial Planning and Corporate Planning Department is welcome

• Must be able to work well in a team environment

• Those with a strong spirit of challenge and willingness to work on the creation of new systems

• Strong mindset in fast-growing startup business, experienced working as stand-alone, positive thinking in any situation
