E-Commerce Growth Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven eCommerce Growth Specialist to accelerate online sales, improve customer retention, and optimize our digital marketing performance.

Your Mission \& Job Description:

Drive sustainable growth for FITAMINAT.COM by increasing:

✔ Website sales

✔ Conversion rates

✔ Average Order Value (AOV)

✔ Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

✔ Repeat purchase rates

✔ Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

Your Responsibilities:

eCommerce Growth

• Optimize Shopify store performance and conversion rates
• Improve product pages, landing pages, and checkout experience
• Conduct A/B testing and implement growth experiments
• Analyze customer journey and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across:

• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• TikTok Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROAS
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns

Customer Retention \& Loyalty

• Build and optimize email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing funnels
• Develop customer retention programs
• Implement and manage loyalty and rewards programs
• Increase repeat purchase rates and customer engagement

Analytics \& Reporting

• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Analyze:
• Traffic
• Conversion Rate
• CAC
• ROAS
• AOV
• Repeat Purchase Rate
• Customer Lifetime Value

Use insights to recommend and execute growth initiatives

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 3+ years experience in eCommerce growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• Strong understanding of:
• > Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• > Customer Acquisition
• > Customer Retention
• > Performance Marketing
• Experience managing advertising budgets and campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Shopify: 3 years (Required)
• Google Tag Manager: 3 years (Required)
• digital marketing and online sales: 3 years (Required)
• Klaviyo: 2 years (Preferred)
