E-commerce Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Graphic Designer to create high-converting visual assets for our online storefronts, marketplaces, and digital marketing campaigns. You will blend creative storytelling with conversion-focused design principles (CRO) to drive clicks, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product \& Listing Visuals

• Design lifestyle and infographic product images for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.).
• Create A+ Content, EBC (Enhanced Brand Content), and premium product descriptions.
• Optimize images for fast web loading without sacrificing quality (WebP, JPEG optimization).

2. Marketing \& Social Assets

• Design email campaign graphics, social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), and landing page visuals.
• Produce banners, promotional badges, and seasonal sale assets (e.g., Double Digit Day, Mid-Month, Pay Day)

3. Brand \& Conversion Consistency

• Maintain visual consistency across all product lines and storefronts.
• Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles: hierarchy, contrast, F-pattern layout, and persuasive call-to-action buttons.
• Perform image retouching, color correction, and ghost mannequin editing for product photos.

4. Collaboration \& Trends

• Work with copywriters to integrate persuasive text into visual designs.
• Stay updated on e-commerce design trends (3D renders, motion graphics, interactive elements).
• A/B test design variations to improve click-through and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of graphic design experience, specifically in e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva (advanced).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify
• Knowledge of SEO for images (alt text, file naming).
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of your work.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
