Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Online-to-Offline (O2O) Execution \& Operations

  • Support the execution of O2O strategies to drive conversion, revenue, and profitability.
  • Assist in identifying operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all O2O channels.

2. O2O Program Execution
i. Brand.com – Click \& Collect (C\&C)

  • Support daily operations of online purchase with in-store pickup.
  • Coordinate with stores to ensure timely order fulfilment and readiness.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and escalate discrepancies.
  • Assist in improving pickup experience and resolving internal user issues.

ii. GrabMart (Mega Stores \& Normal Outlets)

  • Support management of both Mega Store and regular GrabMart outlets
  • Assist in maintaining assortment parity, pricing accuracy, and product availability
  • Coordinate with GrabMart PIC and outlet teams on:

a. Product listings and updates
b. Campaign setup and execution
c. Store readiness
d. Monitor platform performance and highlight issues or opportunities

iii. Grey Store Operations (Fulfilment Hubs)

  • Support operations of selected outlets as fulfilment hubs.
  • Coordinate order processing and instant delivery partners.
  • Monitor delivery performance and escalate issues.
  • Assist in improving efficiency and cost management.

3. Drive cross-functional execution

  • Assist superior to work closely with brand, category, e-commerce, retail operations, supply chain, customer service, and MIS teams.
  • Ensure campaign timing, product focus, promo mechanics, inventory readiness, and store execution line up.

4. Use data to improve outcomes

  • Execute strategy given from superior to improve O2O GMV, conversion, AOV,and O2O impact.
  • Update weekly trackers for the Assistant Manager, focusing on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), conversion, AOV, and O2O impact.

Requirements:

  • Platform Proficiency: Minimum 1-2 years of E-commerce, O2O/omnichannel roles or retail operations.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., GrabMart) and last-mile delivery solutions is a plus.
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with digital analytics tools .
  • Execution: Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets to track affiliate performance and ROI.
  • Communication: Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
