E-Commerce Executive / Manager
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full day-to-day management of Dododots' storefronts (marketplace and brand.com)
  • Campaign planning and execution: 11.11, 12.12, monthly platform campaigns, flash sales, and brand campaigns
  • Product listing management: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and bundling strategy across all channels
  • Monitoring and improving key metrics: conversion rate, GMV, average order value, return rate, and review ratings
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team on inventory levels, fulfillment SLAs, and stock forecasting for campaign periods
  • Working with the marketing and creative team to brief platform-specific assets and A/B test content
  • Identifying promotional mechanics that drive volume without damaging margin: vouchers, bundling, free gifts, coin cashback
  • Working with livestream,affiliate partners, groupbuys and constant lookout of new channels to achieve target GMV
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting to the Head of Growth

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing past brands with minimum 7 figures e-commerce is the benchmark -> we will ask for numbers
  • Full ownership of work, trusted with decision making, smart thinker, even smarter executor.
  • Integrates use of AI into day-to-day work to speed up execution.
  • Able to explain what needs to be done to drive GMV growth and hit KPI
  • Having a growth mindset on understanding how other functions such as ads media buy, product mechanics and constant optimization on e-commerce stores.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
