Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Create and manage promotional activities, product launches, and online campaigns.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, sales data, advertising results, and customer behavior.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and marketplace content.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designer and Product Development teams to develop marketing materials and product content.
- Work with influencers, affiliates, KOLs, and brand ambassadors to promote company products.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), Google, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor customer reviews, inquiries, and online reputation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly marketing and sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
- Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Experience in FMCG, food \& beverage, health supplements, or consumer products is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
