NOODLE WAY LTD is based in Albany, Auckland. Due to business needs, we are looking for two full-time Restaurant Duty Managers to join our team, you will be working for a minimum of 30 hours per week on a roster, and you will be responsible for:* Collaborate with chefs to design, plan, and regularly update menus, including determining pricing strategies. * Work closely with chefs to coordinate special orders, events, and functions. * Oversee procurement and pricing of supplies, ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints. * Maintain detailed inventory records, managing stock and placing orders with suppliers while implementing the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) policy. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in dining areas. * Engage with customers to assess their satisfaction with both meals and service. * Recruit, train, and supervise both waitstaff and kitchen personnel. * Create staff schedules, manage rosters, and track attendance. * Handle reservations, greet guests, and assist with order-taking as required.
