Your Role

In your daily job you will:

* Manage and monitor in\-process quality performance for assigned production lines.
* Analyze quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Why).
* Monitor key quality indicators including defect rate, scrap, rework, and FPY.
* Maintain and improve Control Plan, PFMEA, and inspection standards based on production quality issues.
* Apply quality tools such as SPC and MSA to ensure process stability and measurement reliability.
* Conduct process and product audits and follow up on identified quality issues.
* Support quality validation for process changes and engineering changes.
* Work closely with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
* Ensure manufacturing processes comply with IATF 16949 and internal quality requirements.**Your Background**

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience in manufacturing quality or process quality preferred.
* Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, and 5 Why.
* Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements preferred.
* Strong problem\-solving and cross\-functional communication skills.**Why join us?**
