Driving Instructor (HVT – Heavy Vehicle Truck)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional driving lessons for Heavy Vehicle Truck (HVT) students as per RTA curriculum.
• Teach students vehicle control, road safety, and traffic regulations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for RTA road tests and ensure they are confident and well-prepared.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and test results.
• Ensure the training vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all RTA guidelines and institute policies.
• Be flexible with shift timings, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Category 4* driving license (Heavy Vehicle / Truck) – minimum 3 years old*.
• License must be issued from Dubai (if issued from another UAE province, candidate must transfer it to Dubai at their own cost before joining).
• 10th+ (High School Graduate) – attested certificate mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome provided they meet the license tenure requirement.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken \& written); Arabic is a plus.
• Patience, professionalism, and a customer-service oriented attitude.
• Ability to explain driving concepts clearly to students of all backgrounds.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Previous teaching or coaching experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts as per operational needs.
• May require extended hours during peak seasons or emergencies.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
