We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver Team Leader to supervise delivery drivers, monitor daily operations, and ensure smooth and efficient delivery performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support delivery drivers during daily operations
• Monitor attendance, delivery completion, and driver performance
• Ensure all parcels are delivered safely and on time
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams
• Handle driver concerns, route issues, and delivery escalations
• Conduct daily briefings and performance follow-ups
• Ensure drivers follow company policies and safety standards
• Prepare basic daily reports and updates

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, courier, or delivery operations
• Leadership or team handling experience is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of delivery operations and route management
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple drivers
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• UAE experience preferred
