About the role:

Driver – Class 2, is responsible for delivering and picking up customer’s product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs, when directed by Management or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating the vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
  • loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer services.
  • Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
  • Assisting in unloading linehaul trucks daily.

What you Bring:

  • Hardworking, honest, and reliable
  • Fit for work - lifting, pushing, pulling, movement of freight by hand and trolley is required.
  • Flexible in your approach - a typical day may include loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, doing the paperwork and providing great customer services.
  • Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts
  • Organised in processing your documentation and keeping your paperwork in order.
  • Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
  • Hold a clean HT licence, minimum Class 2
  • DG cert/endorsement is a preferred requirement
