Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, fabrication drawings and installation drawings using AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.
- Prepare and revise drawings according to engineering specifications, project requirements and site conditions.
- Produce mechanical drawings for piping, equipment, machinery, supports, ducting and related mechanical systems.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and isometric drawings as required.
- Assist engineers in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings.
- Review drawings and ensure dimensions, specifications, materials and technical details are accurate.
- Coordinate drawings with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil \& Structural and other project disciplines.
- Incorporate comments and revisions from engineers, clients and consultants.
- Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions when required.
- Prepare drawings for fabrication and installation purposes.
- Maintain proper records and filing of drawings, revisions and technical documents.
- Assist in preparing material take-off (MTO), drawing registers and other project documentation when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with company procedures, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Liaise with project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Perform any other duties related to drafting and project activities as assigned by the superior.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
