Doorperson/Security

Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a temporary Doorperson/Security position in a high-end apartment building located in North Bergen, NJ. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus.

Job specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming residents and guests
• Stays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits and security systems
• Maintaining a clean and tidy front desk area
• Answer calls, take messages
• Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies
• Receive all mail/packages and ensures proper distribution
• Assisting residents as needed

Basic Responsibilities:

• Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
• Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
• Complete company required training courses as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to read and observe surroundings.
• Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
• Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a professional level of stress tolerance.
• Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
