Domestic Staff Trainer

At Vicekeeper Academy — our KHDA-certified training center in Dubai — we prepare domestic professionals for placement with families across the UAE. The quality of every nanny and housekeeper we send out starts here, in the training room.

We are looking for the person who runs that room.

Domestic Staff Trainer \| Vicekeeper Academy \| Dubai \| Full-time

What you will actually do:
→ Deliver daily group and individual training sessions — cleaning techniques, household management, basic childcare
→ Assess each trainee's readiness for placement with structured evaluations
→ Adapt your approach for adults from very different cultural and linguistic backgrounds
→ Coordinate with the placement team so the right candidates are ready at the right time
→ Occasionally visit client households for on-site training sessions

The person we are looking for:
✔ 3+ years as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Domestic Staff Trainer
✔ Hotel background strongly preferred — you know what "professional standard" actually means
✔ Solid English (B2–C1) — you will train and document in English every day
✔ Functional Arabic — useful with local trainees and stakeholders
✔ Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or Sinhala? A real advantage given who we train
✔ Dubai or UAE experience — the context matters here

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
