This is a hands on role and therefore you must be available to work at the offices in Ferns, Wexford a minimum of 4 days per week, this is not a remote role
What you will actually do,
To own the day-to-day operational execution across four divisions (Savvy People, Connext Partners, ProfitPro, and OmniPro Strategic Solutions), implementing the OmniPro Operating System at divisional level. This role ensures that divisional leaders have a structured execution partner, that the group operating cadence is maintained in the field, and that quarterly priorities translate into daily action. This person will ensure the Strategy for each division is executed and delivered so that each grows and develops in accordance with expectation
You will:
- Implement the OmniPro Operating System at divisional level for the 4 divisions
- Run weekly divisional operational reviews
- Track divisional quarterly priorities
- Ensure divisional SOP documentation is in place and maintained for each division
- Monitor divisional project delivery ensuring deadlines are met across all divisions
- Support divisional leaders with execution and accountability and expectations
- Report divisional performance to Group Head of Ops, providing visibility for group leadership
- Identify and escalate operational issues and resolve problems before they escalate
You are right for this if:

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline required.
- Masters or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.

- Project tracking and task follow-ups
- Operational issue resolution
- Division leader check-ins
WEEKLY
- Run leadership execution meeting
- Update group project tracker and priority dashboard
- Review divisional performance with Finance \& Operations Director
MONTHLY
- Operational performance review
- SOP progress review
- Quarterly mid-point assessment
QUARTERLY
- Set new quarterly priorities with founder
- Division leader performance reviews
