Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business within existing customer accounts while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with plant managers, engineering teams, operations leaders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical recommendations to optimize water treatment programs.
- Analyze customer systems and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Execute territory sales plans and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Support implementation of Nalco Water technologies, chemical treatment programs, and service solutions.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular business reviews to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and activity reports.
- Work closely with internal technical, service, supply chain, and corporate account teams to deliver customer success.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and Ecolab values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Chemistry
- Industrial Engineering
- Science or related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in:
- Industrial sales
- Technical sales
- Water treatment
- Chemicals
- Manufacturing or related industries
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, cooling water, boiler water, or industrial chemical applications.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industries such as Food \& Beverage, Electronics, Chemical Processing, Automotive, or General Manufacturing.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with strong business development mindset.
