We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage and coordinate the timely dispatch and delivery of ready-mix concrete to construction sites across Riyadh. The role requires strong coordination with batching plants, drivers, site teams, and customers to ensure efficient deliveries and minimize delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily concrete delivery schedules based on customer/site requirements.
- Assign and monitor concrete mixer trucks and drivers.
- Coordinate with batching plants regarding production and loading schedules.
- Maintain continuous communication with project sites and site representatives.
- Monitor truck movements and delivery times to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Handle changes, delays, urgent orders, and delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery tickets, and truck availability.
- Coordinate with Quality Control regarding concrete specifications and testing requirements.
- Communicate with drivers regarding site access, unloading instructions, and delivery sequence.
- Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.
- Follow company safety procedures and Saudi regulations.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Plant, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in ready-mix concrete or construction.
- Good knowledge of concrete delivery and batching operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience with GPS/tracking or dispatch management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours when required.
- Valid Saudi residency/work authorization preferred.
Pay: ﷼3,900.00 per month
