The project!
As a Digital Wholesale Key Account Manager, you will manage and strategically grow our Digital Wholesale accounts, with a core focus on Zalando. As the manager of this high-value portfolio, you will drive active trading, maximize commercial opportunities, and unlock strategic growth through a data-driven approach.

What will the role entail?

  • Active Trading & Reorder Management: Actively monitor weekly sales performance and proactively pitch data-driven reorder opportunities to Zalando.
  • Align closely with the Marketing team to implement fast-paced actions that accelerate product sell-out.Catalog & Content Optimization: Oversee product imagery execution and catalog enhancements to ensure premium brand representation and maximize sell-up potential.
  • Data-Driven Innovation & Special Projects: Leverage Zalando’s highly data-reliant ecosystem to collaborate daily with design and external teams, tailoring collections to market demands.
  • Lead continuous pilot programs and cross-functional co-development initiatives.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for Zalando stakeholders, building strong, collaborative, and professional commercial relations.
  • Strong business acumen to convert raw retail data into actionable, profitable commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of a proven track record in Digital Key Account Management experience with Zalando or other digital accounts (Amazon, AboutYou, ASOS...) ideally within the Fashion, Apparel, or Beauty industries
  • Fluent in Spanish, advanced/proficient level of English (min. C1). Other languages are a valuable asset.
  • High level of Excel and expertise in Marketplace environments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong inclination toward numbers, data analysis, and a results-oriented approach to achieving commercial KPIs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent corporate relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence and align both internal teams and external senior stakeholders
