Anagram Communication is moving from traditional media to a digital-first ecosystem. We are based on Arabian Gulf St and need a Specialist to act as the primary catalyst for this shift. This isn't about maintaining systems; it's about dismantling legacy workflows and rebuilding them for the modern era.

2.0 CORE OPERATIONS

• Workflow Migration: Audit manual processes and replace them with automated, cloud-native alternatives.
• Tech Stack Unification: Integrate disparate marketing and communication tools into a single, high-visibility data dashboard.
• Digital Adoption: Lead the internal cultural shift, ensuring every department in the Salmiya office is proficient with new digital platforms.
• ROI Modeling: Track the efficiency gains of every digital implementation to prove the value of the transformation.

3.0 CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Background: 5+ years leading digital change or IT project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Hard Skills: Deep knowledge of CRM systems, Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Agile methodologies.
• Linguistic Level: C2 English is mandatory for high-level documentation and stakeholder management.
• Video Audits: Expert use of Loom for recording "Process Transformation" walkthroughs and training modules.

4.0 SITE CONTEXT

High-visibility role in Salmiya. You are the architect of our future. KWD 1,700 per month.
