We are seeking a motivated Digital Navigator to work as part of our Interconnected Care Program to expand our care outside of hospital through digitally enabled care.

The Role

You will help patients, carers, and clinicians engage with digital health tools, including apps, portals, and remote monitoring devices. The role focuses on patient onboarding, technical support, and administrative coordination to ensure safe and efficient, digitally enabled care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and support patients using digital platforms and devices
  • Provide first-line technical support to patients and staff
  • Support patients with appointments, communications, and records
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient lists
  • Support administrative tasks and workflow improvements About You

  • Certificate III/IV in Business/Medical Administration (or equivalent)

  • Strong digital skills and confidence supporting others with technology
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting diverse patients, including those with low digital literacy
