Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Requires a deep understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with company goals to drive brand growth and online engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads. Ensure all content is optimized for each platform and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Eurostaffs, etc. Engage with audiences and monitor platform performance through analytics.
- Optimize the company website and online content to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and monitor backlinks.
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive traffic. Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics for better ROI.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and nurture leads. Monitor email performance and suggest improvements.
- Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital tools. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Eurostaffs Ads to achieve company objectives.
- Work closely with other departments to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
