Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Core Skills:
o Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram Ads) – Campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization on Meta platforms.
o Google Ads – Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns with hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
o Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube, with a focus on performance outcomes.
o Drive ROAS-based Sales Ads – design and manage e-commerce and product-focused campaigns optimized for return on ad spend across Meta and Google platforms.
o Execute Conversion-Based Lead Generation Ads – build and optimize campaigns focused on acquiring qualifi ed leads through Meta Lead Ads, Google Search, and landing page funnels.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
o Continuously optimize marketing techniques to improve performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fi eld.
● Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
● Profi ciency with marketing tools and software such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
