# Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)– AI, Performance Marketing \& Search (SEO/AEO/GEO)

About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who sits at the intersection of AI, performance marketing, and search. This isn't a traditional SEO or paid-media role — you'll own the full spectrum of discoverability, from classic SEO to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), while using AI tools daily to plan, create, and optimize faster than a conventional team could. You should be as comfortable building a prompt workflow as you are reading a Google Ads or GA4 dashboard.

What You'll Do

AI-Powered Marketing

- Use generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to scale content creation, ad copywriting, and campaign ideation

- Evaluate and implement AI marketing tools — automation, personalization, predictive analytics, creative generation

- Build prompt libraries and SOPs so the wider team uses AI consistently and effectively

- Track emerging AI marketing capabilities and pilot new tools ahead of competitors

**Paid Advertising**

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads, Eurostaffs Ads, and other relevant channels

- Own budget allocation, bidding strategy, and ROAS/CPA targets across channels

- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages

- Use AI-driven bidding and targeting features to improve efficiency and reduce CAC

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategy

- Run keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor audits

- Partner with dev/product on site health — Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing

- Report on rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using GSC, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

- Optimize content to win featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice-search results

- Implement schema/structured data to improve eligibility for direct-answer placements

- Structure content (FAQs, definitions, how-tos) for answer-first formats

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

- Improve brand visibility and citation frequency inside AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, etc.

- Monitor how the brand is represented in LLM outputs and close visibility gaps

- Structure content for AI crawlers and retrieval — clear entities, credible sourcing, machine-readable structure

- Track GEO performance using emerging tools (e.g., Profound, Otterly.AI, Peec AI, or similar)

Strategy \& Reporting

- Build a unified dashboard spanning paid, SEO, AEO, and GEO performance

- Present monthly/quarterly reviews with insights, not just numbers

- Manage agency or freelancer relationships; mentor junior team members

- Own the digital marketing budget across paid and organic initiatives

What You'll Need

- 2 to 3 years in digital marketing with real ownership of both paid and organic channels

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Eurostaffs Campaign Manager

- Strong SEO fundamentals — technical, content, link building — with tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs/GSC

- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO, or clear evidence you pick up emerging disciplines fast

- Daily, practical fluency with generative AI tools for content and workflow

- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, dashboards, and turning data into decisions

- Sharp written communication

Nice to Have

- Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)

- Basic understanding of how LLMs retrieve and rank content (embeddings, RAG, crawlers)

- Startup or fast-scaling company experience

- Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot
