Salary: €40,000-45,000, based on experience

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Dublin team and help us deliver that work and keep our community growing.
About the Role
This is a hands-on digital marketing role for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys getting things done.
You'll work directly with our Marketing Manager, who sets the digital marketing strategy, builds the campaign calendar, and coordinates across the marketing and creative teams.
Your role is to turn your part in these plans into finished campaigns and content across our email marketing, blog, online music courses, and other digital projects.

You'll also help us create and maintain useful content for musicians, including:

You'll help with the day-to-day jobs that keep our marketing campaigns, e-commerce presence, and online courses running smoothly.

The most important qualities for this position are clear and engaging writing, attention to detail, reliability, and digital competency.
Overall, you'll need:
You don't need to be a specialist copywriter, designer, or marketing strategist, and you won’t be expected to know all of our systems on your first day. We’re happy to train the right person.
We're looking for a strong all-round digital marketer who can produce good work consistently and accurately.
Nice to Have:
Experience with any of the following would be helpful, although we don't expect candidates to know every platform:
Experience in e-commerce, education, publishing, music, arts, or another consumer-focused business could be useful, as well. Tell us how you see yourself fitting the role and growing into it.
What About Irish Music?
You don't need to be an expert or even a musician. We will train you on any necessary product and process knowledge.
An existing interest in Irish culture and music or experience playing an instrument would always be useful, though.
