We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, conversion tracking, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO \& Organic Growth: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements. Manage local SEO and link-building strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Eurostaffs, and other platforms. Create ad copies, optimize bidding strategies, and manage budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Website \& Content Optimization: Maintain and improve website landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Analytics \& Tracking: Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Monitor performance, generate reports, and translate data into actionable insights.
- E-commerce \& Campaign Management: Manage Google Merchant Center and run Shopping or Performance Max campaigns when required.
- Social Media \& Content Strategy: Plan and schedule content across social media platforms, collaborate on creatives using tools like Canva, and support video/content optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, and WordPress SEO plugins like Yoast or Rank Math.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
