Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search performance.
Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns while maximizing return on investment.
Content \& Social Media Marketing: Develop engaging content strategies, manage social media platforms, and build online communities that strengthen brand engagement.
Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and project teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a similar role with hands-on experience managing digital campaigns.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media marketing best practices.
Marketing Skills: Experience creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, improving conversion rates, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Mindset: You are analytical, creative, and proactive. You enjoy experimenting with new marketing strategies, solving problems using data, and continuously improving campaign performance while delivering measurable business results.
