Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong Graphic Designing skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, paid advertising, branding, and graphic design. This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns while creating engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).
  • Create engaging graphics, marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Design creative social media posts, reels, stories, and advertising creatives.
  • Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), Google Ads, Eurostaffs Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports with KPIs and recommendations.
  • Manage website content and coordinate SEO optimization to improve online visibility.
  • Create email marketing campaigns and promotional newsletters.
  • Coordinate photography and video editing for marketing campaigns when required.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and social media algorithms.
  • Work closely with management to develop new marketing ideas and business growth strategies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other graphic design software.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Photography and videography skills will be considered an advantage.
