We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual who is passionate about content creation, branding, social media marketing, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building creative campaigns while also communicating with clients and helping businesses grow.
You will be involved in content strategy, social media management, branding ideas, client communication, and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Creative \& Marketing
- Plan and create engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
- Develop content strategies based on current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Assist in TikTok/Reels content shooting and creative campaign execution.
- Write compelling captions, ad copy, and marketing content.
- Brainstorm branding and campaign ideas for different industries.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team to execute campaigns.
Sales \& Client Management
- Follow up with leads and potential clients.
- Conduct online or physical meetings with business owners.
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain good communication.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and growth targets.
Requirements
- Must understand the algorithm and best practices of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and copywriting work.
- Good understanding of current content trends and social media strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and appearing in content when needed.
Bonus Skills
- Ability to speak and write in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Experience in Meta Ads or digital advertising.
- Photography, videography, or video editing skills.
- Experience in sales closing or client servicing.
