We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing & Content Executive with 3+ years experiance to join our growing group of companies based in Preston.
This is a full-time, office-based role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing organisation. We are deliberately not looking for a senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing at this stage. Instead, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, ambitious and keen to grow with the business over the coming years.
Our group currently includes:
- AIM Capital – Commercial property investment and development.
- YardSpace – Industrial open storage, container storage and commercial property.
- Swim Central – A growing leisure business.
The successful candidate will work across all three businesses and will be responsible for creating, managing and continually improving our digital presence.
About the Roles and Responsibilities
Working closely with the directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and improving the digital presence of our businesses.
No two days will be the same. One day they may be photographing a newly acquired commercial property, the next they may be producing social media content, updating websites, creating marketing brochures or promoting available commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update all company websites.
- Create engaging content for Eurostaffs, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other appropriate social media platforms.
- Produce regular news updates covering acquisitions, developments, planning approvals, completed projects and company announcements.
- Photograph and film properties, developments and business activities, including arranging drone photography and videography where appropriate.
- Edit photographs and videos for use across websites and social media.
- Produce high-quality commercial property particulars, brochures and marketing literature.
- Upload available commercial properties to relevant property portals and ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.
- Assist with SEO and continually improve website performance and online visibility.
- Maintain and optimise Google Business Profiles.
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and marketing performance, producing reports where appropriate.
- Ensure consistent branding across all businesses and marketing material.
- Assist with presentations, exhibition material, promotional documents and corporate literature.
- Liaise with external website developers, printers, photographers and marketing specialists when required.
- Research new marketing ideas and identify opportunities to improve our online presence and generate enquiries.
- Make full use of modern AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, graphic design and marketing efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and genuinely wants to develop a long-term career within our business.
Ideally, applicants will have:
- A degree, apprenticeship or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Around one to three years' marketing or digital content experience, although exceptional graduates with an outstanding portfolio will also be considered.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Experience producing and editing short-form videos for social media.
- A good understanding of Eurostaffs, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
- A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, as occasional travel to our sites will be required.
