Digital Marketing & AI Content Manager

Job Summary

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Directors to modernise and grow all areas of our digital marketing. You’ll take charge of our websites, digital content, SEO, social media, AI content creation, and email marketing, helping shape how we connect with customers across different digital platforms.This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety, enjoys new technology, and wants to make a real difference in a successful manufacturing business.

Duties

• Managing and continually improving our websites.
• Creating engaging product pages, technical content and customer resources.
• Writing SEO-optimised product descriptions, landing pages and blog articles.
• Managing our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
• Producing engaging photography, graphics and short-form video content.
• Creating email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
• Monitoring website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Improving search engine rankings through SEO best practices.
• Planning and scheduling social media campaigns.
• Supporting the launch of new products and services.
• Producing monthly reports on website performance, marketing activity and recommendations for improvement.

We’re investing in AI and want someone who already uses AI tools to boost productivity and creativity. You will use AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms to assist with creating:

• Product descriptions

• Customer guides
• Social media content
• Marketing campaigns
• Email newsletters
• Product imagery
• Video scripts
• SEO research
• Technical documentation

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous digital marketing experience.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong understanding of SEO.
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Excellent content writing skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar.
• Google Analytics knowledge.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• EKM website experience.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Canva.

Where will you be working ?
This role is not suitable for applicants who are unable to commute reliably to Waltham Abbey, Essex as this is an office-based position.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
