Remuneration: KWD 2,400 per month (Total Package)

The Innovation Mandate: Based in the prestigious Salhiya Complex, Westside Tech Club is seeking a Digital Innovation Manager to spearhead our next phase of technological evolution. This is a role for a visionary strategist who understands that true innovation is the bridge between emerging technology and commercial viability. You will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling the digital solutions that will define our competitive edge in the heart of Kuwait’s premier business and luxury hub.

Transformation DNA \& Focus Areas

• Emerging Tech Orchestration: Lead the identification and assessment of disruptive technologies (AI, Web3, IoT), conducting rigorous feasibility studies to determine their impact on the Westside ecosystem.
• PoC \& Pilot Governance: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Proof-of-Concept projects, ensuring that innovative ideas are rapidly prototyped and validated before full-scale deployment within the Salhiya facility.
• Digital Maturity Roadmap: Design and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns our digital infrastructure with global innovation standards and evolving member expectations.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary catalyst for digital change, collaborating with executive leadership and technical teams to dismantle silos and foster a culture of agile experimentation.

Candidate DNA

• Professional Foundation: 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, product innovation, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects in the GCC.
• Strategic Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making; deep familiarity with modern SaaS ecosystems and API economies.
• Linguistic Precision: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is mandatory for high-level board reporting and international partnership development.
• Asynchronous Vision: Proficiency in using Loom to record "Innovation Briefs" and interactive roadmap walkthroughs for executive stakeholders and the broader club membership.
