Your role
When a driver breaks down, you’re the one who gets things moving. Technology does the heavy lifting; you bring the human touch.

What you’ll do

• Monitor assistance requests on our digital platform and step in with a call when a driver needs you
• Dispatch the right service: tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles and more
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to solve every case on time
• Guide drivers clearly and with empathy, from the first contact to the solution
• Keep every mission accurately tracked in our system
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to your team leader

About you

• German at native or C2 level, and English at B2/C1 level
• Customer support experience; roadside assistance or automotive is a plus
• Calm, quick decisions under pressure
• Comfortable juggling several requests at once
• Confident with digital tools and CRM systems
• Available for rotating shifts, 24/7

What we offer

• €33,000–38,000 gross per year, plus 15% night shift allowance
• 31 days of vacation
