NgMahi Hei WhakatutukiMu| What You'll Do Produceand publish digital content across websites and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency andhigh qualitycustomer experiences. Build and update web pages within CMS platforms, ensuring content is delivered efficiently and aligned to brand and customer needs Manage content workflows and approval processes, ensuring all changes are compliant, well reviewed and delivered on time Analyse website performance, using data and insights to improve content, user experience and overall digital engagement. Optimise content for search engines, applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability and performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to test, learn and continuously improve digital content and customer journeys

u Pkenga me u Wheako | What You'll Bring Experience managing digital content across websites, ideally in complex or regulated environments Highly skilled in content management systems such as AEM, with confidence publishing andmaintainingcontent. Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimise content for performance and visibility. Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions and improve digital content outcomes. Disciplined approach to work, with an uncompromising attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainthe highest of standards under pressure. A collaborative mindset, with a passion for improving customer experiences through great content.
