Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager who goes beyond basic filing. This person will be a highly organized creative who loves order and understands how to turn a massive collection of photos and videos into a revenue-driving engine for the team. You will be responsible for the meticulous organization, tagging, and proactive discovery of high-potential materials within a library of tens of thousands of assets.

Your mission will beensuring every visual asset is fully utilized and that production efforts are laser-focused on the specific visual components currently driving performance in our marketing campaigns. You will bridge the gap between raw content and winning ads by identifying hidden gems and maintaining a sophisticated visual taxonomy.

Your Responsibilities

• Master the Canto DAM system to create intuitive folder structures and precise tagging.
• Move beyond simple filing to identify patterns in what makes a "good" asset based on previous campaign success.
• Regularly curate Trend Portals that cross-pollinate winning visual styles between different product verticals.
• Develop and maintain a Visual Language for the agency, ensuring assets are tagged by psychological triggers (e.g., Trust, Safety) rather than just basic descriptions.
• Self-direct content audits to spot inventory gaps (e.g., "We are scaling product X but have no drone footage") and notify production before bottlenecks occur.
• Maintain Style Guides to ensure every editor is using the correct, most up-to-date brand materials and best practices.
• Scan competitor ads to find Lookalike assets within our own library to replicate winning layouts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing large-scale libraries for agencies, production houses, or e-commerce brands.
• An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to look at a photo and identify three different marketing angles it could fit into.
• Ability to manage projects and conduct audits without constant oversight.
• This role suits a creative professional with a strong organizational mindset — not a technical or performance marketing background.
• Mandatory location in Europe.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach to quality.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Photoshop to understand the editor's workflow.
• Active use of AI tools to optimize your own work and asset discovery.

Infrastructure \& Ecosystem

• Organization: DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems (Canto).
• Workflow: ClickUp for task tracking and standard enforcement.
